I don't know who that guy is...but he reminds me of Hank Hanegraaff...he tries to debunk something that he doesn't understand....

he's apparently one of the basic "sunday christmas easter" believers, trying to prove that what's in the bible isn't really there, and what's not in the bible is there...

and for the record, I'm no fan of LCG.

Sure, go ahead and whine. Mario Espinosa did an excellent job of exposing Herbert Armstrong and Roderick Meredith as false prophets, which the Bible says itself that they should be put to death. One down, one to go.

The first comment above starts the whining: "he tries to debunk something that he doesn't understand". This is the same thing every apologist does when confronted with irrefutable proof: They refute the truth without giving specifics. Just what didn't Mr. (or is that 'Dr.') Espinosa understand? By being nonspecific, it is left to the imagination of the reader. It's crap of course, a vain hope that the reader will accept the nonsense with no proof at all. It's difficult to assail something that nonspecific. It must be wrong, because, darn it all, Herbert Armstrong was God's apostle and Mr. Espinosa doesn't understand that Armstrong was never wrong because God made him right and you have to believe it because God is behind it. And I said so.

It's the who ad hominem attack to distract you from the clear evidence. It's a wonder that out of 2,052 views there were 21 thumbs up and 45 thumbs down with a mere 34 subscribers. LCG members obviously got there first. It's all very predictable. You can't refute the facts and evidence, so down rate the messenger and render ad hominem attacks. It's the SJW way. You too can win by taking the Minus I.Q. Pill and shouting loud enough to drown out the truth.

The video is well done, gets the facts and does a creditable job in compact form: It's thorough without dragging it out. In fact, it's quite an accomplishment. Demonstrating that the LCG is a cult was a nice touch. It's the sort of thing that will help Mario Espinosa to be one of the most hated men in the realm of the Churches of God; toxic system indeed! Nice job also in exposing emotional extortion.

The small nit is that it's evident that the presenter is not an atheist and seems to be a Christian. It was interesting yesterday to happen to catch the live view of AronRa on YouTube with 5 others. Here at Banned!, the Exodus has been debunked and there are two articles at the Painful Truth debunking the Exodus, including the evidence in II Chronicles that shows that Ephraim wasn't born in Egypt, so the narrative of Genesis and Exodus were pure crap. The recognition the Old Testament was a worthless piece of crap as far as Divine Inspiration is concerned would have been better, even though it would have made it even less popular. These days, proclaiming the truth refuting someone else's opinion is a hate crime, as was also evidenced in Tim Pool's live broadcast on YouTube from Berkeley yesterday.

Armstrongists are in this comfortable little bubble where they firmly believe that they are going to be protected from the civil war that is developing around us. It will come as a rude shock when they realize they won't.

If they'd realize that they are wrong now, it may be that they could take steps to help themselves, instead of doing nothing and suffering their lack of foresight.

Note the final words: "You're Warned, now STAY AWAY"! You know, just like it says in II Timothy 3.

I listened to the whole thing.

I don't necessarily agree with all of it but it was well thought out, organized and presented.

I would love to see one of these on RCM's history including: failed prophecies, D&R, Leona McNair, his kids, stealing money/forging checks from GCG and blaming it on being too old to know that was a crime, his protection of child molesters, all his many lies, his obsession with "queers", a list of people he has tried to destroy, etc, etc, etc.

I enjoyed http://rcmcrimes.blogspot.com/ but I'd love to see it in a video form such as this.

Perhaps it would help some struggling LCG member find the courage to get out of that tyrannical group.

Very well done, and good to see that some positive lessons came out of his years in LCG.
As with Anon 816, there were a few small sore points, as it sounded a tad antinomian.

well mikey, the first line is a general statement, the second line gives a little more detail...I'm sure most understand that.

but to be more clear, he seems to adhere to the basic theology of "sunday christmas easter" which is simply roman catholicism, and that is easily proven to be a false religion.....sooooo, he's using his false beliefs to contradict the bible.

i just have to chuckle.

Anon April 28 at 7:08 AM. Your comments are weak. Why not follow the instructions in your Ambassador Spokesman club manual and give some feedback with details to support your position. Go back and watch the video. I don't get the impression that this guy is a basic "sunday christmas easter" believer. "Get the facts" before making your comments.

Compared to the quality of this presentation, the recommended follow-on feature, Armstrongism Exposed was for me a bitter disappointment.

You know I was brought up in the World Wide Church Of God and have tried to follow Mr. Armstrong for many years.

I was baptized in the church when I was 17 years old. Felt I had the truth in the palm of my hand.

I knew I was going to be in the Kingdom of God. All I had to do was to follow the what the Bible said through the instructions of the World Wide Church of God.

I have for years to understand everything in order to be in God's kingdom so I may be able to help people have a better Spiritual life for eternity.

There are so many different beliefs out there which one really holds the truth if there is only one true church.

I know the ones that believe in the holidays of this world must not have it.

I have looked up in where all these holidays come from and they all come from Paganism. Unless everyone says our history is all lies.

And to read God's word straight through and try to understand it can sometimes be hard to understand if you listen to different religion on what they believe the Bible says.

You Star to believe one thing and someone says no that's not right, so you search for another, then start to follow it and someone comes along and says the same thing.

It seems no one knows the truth of the Gods Word. It seems the whole world is in total lost when it comes to God's word.

Where is the true church of God. Who are The real saints of God in this pagan world we live in which is ruled by Satan.

How are we to escape the tribulation if we don't have the right explanation about the Word Of God.

My question is who is right and who is wrong. We need direction. Not confusion.

I know someone is going to criticize what I have said instead of being a Christian and try to help. There is always someone out there that likes to think their superior over all.
That's ok people get use to hearing things like that. But a person asking for help to find his or her way and to be able to believe in their hearts that this is right and I can finally know God has shown me the path to righteousness. This would be so glorifying to know. Then you could have peace of mind you finally found your way. Instead of who's right and who's wrong.

God says seek and you will find, ask and you'll be given, and knock and the door will open.

I don't have any answers to all these different opinions of this world. All I want is to be able to have a joyful life living in God's Kingdom and help others if I am able to enjoy eternity with Jesus Christ and our Almighty God.

Maybe one day before it's to late God will show all of us the Way. Until Then we will have to make the best of it.

So go ahead say what you will but God says love people as you do yourself. Keep that thought in your mind before saying anything.

All I want to say Good luck on your journey to God's kingdom. Hope to see you there one day.

So again I'LL say hood luck and God Bless and be kind to your fellow brothers and sisters.
